Premanand yoga institut... is an amazing place to learn yoga. Iftikhar sir.. is an amazing teacher, a wonderful person and has a wealth of knowledge about yoga. The center is clean and the ambience is very relaxing and calming. The classes are like a breath of fresh air for both your mind and body. I am deeply grateful to the classes as I feel more energetic and calmer and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.
