Worst experience of stay at Prema kunj. I had booked online room. No TV connection in the room and no Proper food as mentioned in the menu. More than 50 of items listed in the menu but nothing is available . They will provide of their own choice.
I went here with my family members for a realtive's wedding, there was ample parking space with a large garden for various food and beverage stalls , the taste of the eatables was good. While the wedding rituals were performed till the late night, we were realxing in the Resort's hotel rooms which was spacious & quit good.
Awful service, not even enough blankets for night. ACS don't cool properly in the banquet hall and give cold drinks to people at 10 rs more than MRP.
If you want to enjoy the swimming in that summer and don't want to spend more money for it ,also looking for great view and clean water pool, visit here , pay only 200 and enjoy pool in this summer, i and my family went there , we were 16 PPL , got disconnected price. Enjoyed ( me my kid , my wife and everyone)
I stayed in a suite while attending a marriage function. The Geyser wasn't fitted in the bathroom & it was quite shocking considering that I was staying in one of the premium room. Staff members were overall cooperative but they were quite ignorant when I raised this issue. They started giving justifications & offered providing hot water in buckets. They arranged & fitted a Geyser the next day. The resort is good otherwise.
The resort is located in outskirts of Jhansi with plenty of parking area . They have multi party gardens , swimming pool, and indoor party halls. They also have many variety of rooms and dormitary to stay in at resort and hotel. Out side Catering is allowed . So over all a decent , good and economical option for party and weddings.
It's overall nice resort with proper private deep swimming pool....
