I m Every Wednesday and Saturday I bring my mother for dialysis.And I saw how well all the patients are taken care of here.

Doctors have lack of knowledge. They don't know how to treat patient. Money minded people. Very poor quality hospital. I lost one of my relative because of poor treatment given by doctors last week.
It's a very good hospital in dehradun and Dr.Ashutosh Mathur sir is very helpful with his friendly nature towards patient their family and all staff members are also good and cooperative, always satisfied with their services and treatment also they take care of patient nicely.
I was admitted here with high grade fever , thrombocytopenia and my condition was really bad. They kept checking my fever all night.
I'm so thankyful for Doctor's and Every Staff who treated me not as a patient but as a family member .
And i believe a patient recover faster with good treatment, care and good behaviour .

Worst experience...
Waited for 45 mins but the receptionist/nurse were out for lunch at 4pm. Ye kaunsa time hai lunch ka.
Waited for sometime and then asked security gaurd about the receptionist/nurse, he was clueless and asked for kya number to book appointment. No surprise I didn't receive any call.
Visit at your own risk, careless staff and clueless security and invisible doctors.
The service charge is way too high for the "facilities" when even the ceiling fan wasn't working. And the worst part was the doctor's attitude. Would not recommend anyone to go there even in an emergency.
