It's was a very good experience best hospitality at matheran. The food here is also very good and the staff and owners here take great care of you. If you are here then you will not feel that you are in a hotel, you will feel as if you are in your own home they care about you so much.
Excellent ambience, All staff very humble n attendive, Owner Ajay sawant, Prasad Sawant and Vivek chowdhary very much down to earth personalities. Rates very much economical. Awesome service. The experience was good. It can be better if they focus more on hospitality services. The food and the staff were cooperative and friendly.
We booked 2 rooms for 8 people. It was family trip for 1D and 1N. 1. Rooms were ok and spacious. 2. Bathrooms were pathetic, no cleanliness and water problem was there. 3. After reminding them several times bedsheets, soaps were given and Hot water in bathroom provided in morning only, that too after many times calling them. Shortage of Towels, mat was there, 4. Service was very pathetic and unacceptable, 5.Only good part was the food there, good taste.
Room was quite good for the stay and majorly service which provides by the management was so good and if u are gujrati than u don't have to worry about food or taste both were out standing.
Preeti matheran is a amazing place for.all type of tourister, we had a gr8 time for 2 days with delicious veg food, prompt service and daily entertainment activities. First time experience.of jungle safari and night camp fire with mashal at Myra point was mind blowing. Hot water timing and pressure of water to improve, more indoor games required like table tennis, snooker etc Overall we were Happy with service, food, staff, location entertainment Will try to visit soon

I stayed with my family in this hotel and we all are regretting that we had to stay in this hotel. I can bearly give 1/10 for the hospitality of this hotel. Reason : 1. Wash basin was chok up 2. No response for any service 3. Have to repeatedly call for anything you need 4. Delay in hot water in bathroom in morning time,they provide hot water only in morning, shortage of towels, no hand wash, paste etc Only one thing was fine - food We had to stay in this because they took full payment at the time of check in only so we had no option but to stay as it is
