Preethi Veg Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in The Nilgiris, Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

The place is an excellent choice for some nice vegetarian dishes. They serve food really hot with the least waiting time. Tried ghee roast, chappathi,onion pakkoda, tomato soup,and poori masala. The ghee roast was soft and crispy. The onion pakkoda was also fresh. Special mention to the mint chutney served with dosa and poori ,which goes with any of the other dishes. The parking is limited,however less waiting time for getting a seat.

Yummy and budget friendly place to eat.

Lovely tasty food served without any fuss. Priced competitively. Place is a little small and gets a tad noisy when it is full of people. Only negative is you will have hungry humans standing at your table waiting for you to finish making you a little uncomfortable.

Must try restaurants in Ooty. The food was delicious and if you ever visit this place never miss their Dal rice ghee bhat, it's so tempting for cold weather there. Fully recommended.

Good food is available at reasonable prices

It is a good hotel to stay but not a good place to eat. While staying, they provide hot water only between 6am to 11am. Rest of the day, we will have to manage with the cold water under Ooty's cold weather conditions.

Food was good ...but little bit spicy() restro was near to main road..pav vaji and allu Paratha must try Masala dosa-100 Pav vaji-90 Pav-30 Tea-22 Vada-25 Pongal-60 Gobi paratha-80 Alu paratha-80 Idly-18 Little bit expensive but taste was good .

Food was tasty. Reasonable prices.We ordered dosa and South meals.Both were good. Decent vegetarian restaurant in Ooty.
