It has been around 2 month for me with Preet fitness class and It has been a very good journey so far with my dietitian Harpreet The best part is easy to cook recipes. I am eating so many veggies in my daily diet that I feel so full and light. Everyday a new meal that you don't feel bored of anything and I am developing a sustainable diet for long term. My dietitian follows up regularly and keeps me on track with my goals. The diet plans that she gives me are easy to cook and easy to follow. Which is why I have been able to continue with it. I'm glad to have preet as my dietician because I was over weight and so much in to more negative things she have helped me to lose weight and always give me a positive thought and great motivation when I was in depression so any sad moments. Best dietician.. I joined her online program on 1st April.Till now I am extremely satisfied with her diet, her motivation, her responsive nature and patience .
