I found two draw there, one is the doctor who done the cataract surgery has no contact or interact with patient or patient relatives. Another one is there are not accept any government or private insurance policy. Need to give full payment in cash. Need to improve these things so i only give three star rating

I visited this hospital 2 times,there was so much delay to get consulted with doctor.The consultant taking so much of time gap to see the next patient after one,as a normal man I don't understand what making such a delay in treatment .There is no a proper communication between the staff and patient.its a request that please be more attentive to the patients

My experience was very satisfying and consultation etc was above satisfaction level. Even the surgeon we could meet easily on the date he was available. All tne best precise pathanapuram team. Keep doing the good work

We visited your hospital on 25th feb. 2017 as we were unable to attend the eye check up camp on 19th feb due to the harthal called by BJP in Kollam Dist. We were very impressed by the standard of cleanliness and facilities provided. The staffs are neatly dressed in uniform, the Pharmacy and Optical store are sufficiently stocked. We met Dr.George Philip who was very friendly and caring. On the whole we had a good experience, hope to see that the standard is maintained or even improved, when we visit again in future.

This hospital has a surgeon who comes in, does the surgery and goes away. He has no interaction with the patients nor does he talk to the by-stander. The only explanation you get is that he is a great surgeon who has had his education at Aiims. But we had to pay a heavy price for this. My mother underwent a cataract surgery here and she had a stroke the next day. The doctors never recorded the medicines she was on and there was little patient advice after surgery. The nursing care is the worst here. The only nurse at the operation theatre thinks her role is to be everywhere at the same time and she runs about as if she was out of her mind. So, my advice is : never undergo a surgery in wayside hospitals where the doctors are guests. Never allow the hospital to stop the blood-thinning tablets. It's your life or the life of your loved one. My mother is bed-ridden for the rest of her life. If only we were more vigilant and wiser! Ps: There are hospitals which do not stop the blood thinners before cataract surgery ex. Amar deep Hospital, Kollam.

The most worst and greedy kind of hospital. I purchased a spectacles from there and they given 6 months warranty and when I came to claim the warranty the charged 5000 from me.
