poor customer service, just seeing face when come to showroom, very less interest shown for presenting different designs. 2 times bad experience even after no change in service. Need to improve sales training, behaving like we are not buying so not showing interest.

Very poor customer service and non compliant staff. Fake pricing and many more weird surprises!! Go at your risk.

These people keep gold price way higher than market. When we purchased 18k gold chain from here (24th July 2021), Market price and price with other jewelers were 38,400+GST (see screen shot attached from KR sons 18k gold prices), where as same day 18k gold price here was 40,700+GST.! That's a huge difference in gold price itself. Making charges are also high, if you consider already high gold price. On top of that worst customer service by owner. A simple request is responded by philosophies and denied by owner. Better to buy gold from Malabar gold showroom on Yagnik road. Far better gold pricing and far far far better customer service.

Very Very bed experience from staff.. They behave like we must buy from there if enter into showroom. I hope and pray swaminarayan bhagvan that showroom will closed soon. I already old customer but now I decided that I will never go there.
