No respect for time. They have made the hospital as money making machine. Rs 600 they charged and give appointment at 12.30. It's more than an hour and still 11 people are balance to be treated. Kindly avoid this hospital. Visit a single cabin paediatric doctor instead of this. Very bad experience. Zero stars is not an option, hence giving one
Day care OPD facilities are good but never take online appointments . If you take 12:20 PM slot your are supposed to call at 3:00 PM . No proper management of appointments. Even nurses call people coming lately without following FIFO methodology . Doctors are good . But if management works on proper appointment method with display board and token number then lots of time will be saved and there will not be any argument between patients and nurses .
Pratiksha, means wait. I will say it's meant more than that. Name and work are same. Patient have to wait for long even simply to show a report. I submitted my report to nurse at arround 2:00 PM and I am fortunate enough to get it reviewed by doctor at 4: 00 PM. This is meaningless of being at queue because there is something reference type of games are being played inside there. Excellent mismanagement have seen in a private hospital than a government hospital does. Requesting Hospital management to reduce waiting time of patients. We don't visit here for having entertainment of your TV shows playing at OPD floor. You people are charging high for low service. Please don't be like more than worst.
Extension of the hospital where lab test are done on the first floor, on the ground floor there is a Departmental store and a food court.
All the pediatricians are caring and helpful. Facilities are best in the city. Ideal for vaccination.

Good place for children. Everything is ok but patients should wait for Long time. But not at all days.
It's a worst child hospital. One has to wait for hours and hours with new born. Probably, in government hospital you will be seen faster. My baby was born in Pratiksha so I started my child's regular check up here but due to pathetic management of patients and rude nurses, I am done with then. I Suggest everyone not to visit them
