We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The lack of a lakeside view was noted, and the food quality fell short of expectations. Our orders, particularly the paneer butter masala, chapati, and chicken biryani, contained excessive Maggi magic masala, and the biryani was overly oily. Despite informing the staff and waiting for 20 minutes, the replacement biryani remained unchanged. Additionally, the overall hygiene of the place was unsatisfactory, with the room not being properly cleaned or bedsheets changed.

Our experience at Pratikruti Resort, guided by the exceptional service of Amar, was nothing short of spectacular. Please read this review before you visit this place:- The place is okay like the overall location and stuff, but Lakeview is kind of a joke the lake is so far away that it is barely visible. Alot of rooms don't have AC, the rooms that have AC are small in size. Also there's a condition all the rooms have TV but they don't work, none of the TV in any room works. (And the employees don't know why this has been done) Also there's not much of the nature to be seen, all you can see from the rooms is the concrete jungle of Pune. The weather is good due to the height, but you can enjoy the same if you wake up a little early in morning and go to your terrace. The quality of rooms is not well maintained, the wc in our room was broken, the bulb was soo dim it was almost useless. Also there's no telephone in the room so you can call the room service or reception, so yeah you may have to keep waiting until you spot one of the employee or go walking towards the reception.( Almost 200-300m of walk everytime and too many steps to climb) The hospitality was so great that no one came to pick our luggages, we kept moving here and there carrying 3 big bags, at last we told the employee to please pick up the bags. Quality of food is very below average, you can expect better food quality in any local dhaba rather than this place, the food is very very spicy and taste is quite bad. Also if you want to order the food make sure you order one day before...we ordered our food at 12:45pm and it came at 2:30pm (and they promise you that you'll get it before 30mins) Also if you're fit person who can walk and climb steps without getting tired only then I would suggest this resort as there's alot of physical activity to be done just to reach to reception or to your room or to the dinning place. We had planned our vacation for 1night but since we came the experience kept getting bad and the food made it worst, so we checked out straight away in evening after enjoying some swimming pool. Talking about swimming pool it was dirty and after requesting the employee for 3+ times he finally cleaned it, to make it usable. Also there are alot of people around here and there who weren't their customers, but no idea who they were, kinda felt insecurity for our belongings, also some few kids came out of nowhere and started using the swimming pool. This has to be taken into notice. Over-all out of 10 I would rate it 2.5 The receptionist girl, Shravani, she was really very nice and very helpful, no complaints for her...As she made us feel the importance of customer to her. Rest everything over there is not something that is worth to pay for. That's all about my review, hope you read and then decide.

One of the highlights of my experience was the culinary journey I embarked on at the hotel's restaurant. The menu featured an array of delectable dishes crafted with finesse and using the finest ingredients. Each meal was a feast for the senses, and the attentive staff ensured a delightful dining experience. The breakfast buffet was a particular standout, offering an extensive selection of both local and international cuisines to suit every palate.

I visited to Conrad - Coriander Restaurant - it was very nice experience - food and drinks both were nice and tasty. Service is great. Buffet has lot of options in both veg and non veg. First experience it's best - will surely visit again

10ml tea Rs50. Without knowing we drunk many.. he produced bill in which Rs1000 is for tea only... Take chapathi in your bag...
