Hi. i joined zumba class since one month , i loss 2.5kgs in a month. talking about zumba class helps in weight loss which not only tones the body results in inches loss too and it is more fun entertaining one.... mainly trainer pratibha garu just soo good, active and makes everyone to be in josh.. take cares of each & everyone in the class , observes everyone and friendly in nature too... they also provide an elliptical cross trainer for cardio, bench workout for belly fat, battle ropes for hands & abs,punch bag and even a healthy diet plan with our own food choices and even floor workout exercise for relaxation of body ,..if u make good use of everything you can loss much more weight.. i recommend every girl/women to give a try to join for one month and i guarantee that you will extend for months.. it is not just useful for weight loss and even it gives u more fun & exciting time too....
