Pros: Owner behaviour is good. The car provided was in good condition. This car really enhanced our Goa experience. Pickup and drop was on time. Overall experience was good. Recommended for South Goa travellers. Cons: We did not get the car which was promised and the new car was working fine but it had a few issues(Engine check light was on. Nov 2022 model car was provided instead of Mar 2023 model car. Did not get reverse parking camera.). We did not get any compensation for that.
Anil ji is a gem of a person. Provided us a near new car at a very fair price. Provided on time pick up and drop from the airport. We had absolutely no complaints. He made our trip so much better. Would recommend without a second thought.
Had a great car renting experience with them. The pickup to and from the Dabolim Goa Airport was very smooth and well coordinated. Its only a 5 min ride away from the airport. The car we rented was in good condition, and we were offered very reasonable rates for the vehicle. Would definitely continue availing their services in future Goa trips.

WARNING!!! Avoid at all costs. Dishonest, incompetent, poor communication, and deplorable business ethics. Insists on keeping ID, which is illegal. Car had speed limited to 80 km/hr (not disclosed prior to taking the car), which he claimed was required for all rental cars. This is also untrue. Had arranged for an automatic car for 1000 rupees. Given a manual car with an alignment that was off by 15 degrees, which is obviously unsafe. Offered another car as a replacement, but for 600 rupees more because it was an "upgrade." Windshield had heavy film on it that would not come off without buying window cleaner and scrub pad. Speed limiter was a complete reprogram of the car's ECU which robbed the car of power throughout rev range, compromised throttle response, and made shifts ridiculously slow and downright unsafe when trying to pass anyone. Very Happy to say thay Good people are still there. I planned to rent a taxi for my Goa visit last minute of my departurefrom Delhi Airport. Called Prathmesh Enterprise ( Mr. Anil) got pickup from Goa Airport to garage. A neat and clean i10 Grand was waiting for us. It just took 5 to 7 minutes to do the paperwork. Meanwhile agency person Mr. Vishwanath guided us to take pics and video of the car. Enjoyed well maintaind car for 6 days. Again on return process was very simple and quick took just 5 minutes and Mr. Anil returned our deposit in quick time and wished us good luck. Honestly this was my first time interavtion with thus company. Very much satisfied with Vehicle as well as staff if this company. Thumbs up and good luck
