My father recently had knee joint replacement surgery in Prathima, done by Dr. Radhakrishna. We have been consulting with him for my father's osteoarthritis for the past 6 years, and we finally got the surgery done. It went well, with no complications. The physiotherapy has been going well, and my father started walking the day after the surgery itself. Would definitely recommend the hospital for anyone looking for a good orthopedic specialist and surgeon.

1.full mosquitos Inside the hospital,if we are waiting in the reception we need to fight with 's. 2.No proper response from insurance team,if u go simply they will talk with us by standing position only. 3. No sufficient chairs at IP billing area. 4.Staff behaves like a government hospital staff.Not behaving like a carporate hospital,Management should focus on this. 5.Simply they watching videos in the phone .

Very bad experience.Seriously one day in ICU and they charged 70k.Done all tests for small breathing problem.Lets assume a normal cost for a particular test outside takes 300, for same they are charging around 3700, not sure they invented new method of testing by prathima scientists.I am really sad of what is happening now a days with these corporate hospitals.I would suggest never ever get admitted to Prathima hospital Kukatpally.Billing counter lady who handles insurance section is very very rude and doesn't know how to behave in the first place.She feels she is a doctor (thank God which did not happen in real life).Not sure where these people come from.Only one thing positive is that support staff in ICU is really good. Really appreciate this hard work.

The overall experience is very good. Easy to reach as it is situated near to KPHB main road (NH). Hospital maintained neat and clean time to time. Ambiance is nice, friendly staff. Nurses are giving their best serve patients. Doctor are well mannered and they know every patient's pulse and treat every equally. Both Doctors and nurses visit patients time to time to check the status and continue further treatment accordingly. Treatment charges are not too reasonable, but worth for their treatment and I don't see any hidden charges, they changed what they treated for. The only disappointment is that the check out took too long unnecessaryl, apart from that every thing is good.

Worst experience doctors ok but other than doctors won't work properly. My wife joined and discharged on 01/07/2033(2pm to 10pm) for that they charged 4995=81. I paid advance 10000/- they refund my amount on 04/07/2023. On 01/07/2023 they said we will ready your discharge summary on tomorrow but till now not given. I went hospital nearly more than 10 times . Hospital is damaging by billing and reception staff. Please kindly think your hospital not for free and a govt hospital . Please look into this matter.
