We are very much satisfied with their services and all cleaning etc etc. and the staff members are really support we will feel like it is homely . And the doctors shows affection to the patient I really liked the way doctor shows to the patient. I'm happy with it.

Vera nice hospital, medical staff support staff everyone is very supportive. All the nurses are educated and patient friendly. Doctors treatment is very good and particularly Dr Shashank and Dr mukarram Ali are wonderful doctors.

Prathima hospital is providing good service. They are providing very good nursing and attention for the inward patients. Suggesting Prathima hospital management to provide proper facilities for the attendees of ICU patients like separate waiting hall, charging points, wash room facilities. Co ordination between sub departments is also suggested.

Today I took my father for cardiac profile test, firstly they say Cardiac profile package Rs800, again they said Rs900 includes Dr consultation,I paid Rs900 and went to first floor for package test, blood sample person was good, then we went to ECG and 2D eco test room, we waitied for almost 45mins for our turn then my father went for ECG and 2D Eco this test is done under cardiac guidance but no cardiac doctor was available some technicians did it, they gave reports with 10mins then comes for Doctor consultation we waits almost 1 hour for Dr but still he didn't come we asked for refund we don't want to go for Dr consultation as my father is feeling low because of waiting time, they said we charged you 100Rs for first visit, at billing counter 20-25mins, for eco and ECG 1 hour for Dr who was missing waited for 1 hourhour, rude behavior person at eco room, had worst service killed lots of time. Please don't vist for cardiac package waste of money and time.

One of the best hospitals in Hyderabad, especially Dr.Kiran kumar sir Neurologist is very good with my father, It has a wonderful service and a good infrastructure. Just go for it.

Patient: Nandury Sridevi (my mother) My mother's Sodium Levels dropped to very much below to required Levels. We are all most like in panick situation, we don't know where to go. We are looking for a good Hospital, at that moment we came to know about *"Prathima Hospital"* (on Road towards Kachiguda Railway Station) which is just 10 minutes drive from our house. *"Prathima Hospital"* is eight storied, very huge and big and very spacious. *"Prathima Hospital"* is with ultra modern facilities and fully equipped with Latest equipment and Machinery. Hospital is in very pleasant Ambience and environment is very nice. Upon seeing at first sight itself we felt very confident that my mother will get Good Treatment. After reaching *"Prathima Hospital"* we have joined our mother first in Emergency Ward, under the Supervision of Dr. Uday Bhaskar and Dr. Shashank. They kept my mother in Emergency Ward one full day. Then shifted ICU Ward and my mother was there for three days, to monitor her 24 hours. The staff in ICU recorded and registered every reading and levels in Excel like sheet, on hourly basis. When Sodium Levels reached to a satisfactory Levels then they shifted to Single Deluxe Room. She stayed there for 4 days. My mother was completely and fully recovered and she was discharged on 6 October 2023. After full one week stay in *"Prathima Hospital"* The Doctors (Dr. Uday Bhaskar and Dr. Shashank) are Very knowledgeable, experienced, confident and accurate about their treatment. Both are soft in nature. Here I would like to add one more important person name Dr. Revathi (Dietician/ Nutritionist), is very polite and answered all questions with patience and cleared our doubts with detailed explanation. Nursing (Sisters) staff are Caring and gave full attention. Ayaas and Cleaning members are very duty bound. Front Office and Reception staff are very humble and very friendly, always gave good guidance to us. All the Departments in Prathima Hospital have very good Co-operation, Coordination and Understanding between them, this one point helped *"Prathima Hospital"* to rise to this height, I believe. *"Prathima Hospital"* hospitality is very much impressive.
