Very bad experience. Anyone who buys any product from this shop should keep in mind that they will not take it back. So be carefull.. I bought a psc rankfile from this shop at 12pm and i called them in the evening same day...that I don't want this book can u please refund they said no...then I said u can take a small amount as commission.. then also they didn't agreed..i will never suggest this shop...the best books and stationary shop is Kumar bookstall..
