Feedback about the Dandali trip (Pratham Homestay) During the Diwali holidays, my friends and I planned a trip to Dandali. We opted for Pratham Resort based on online photographs, but the current reality is quite different. **Trip package:** Despite their earlier commitments to numerous adventure activities, the experience was disappointing. The management was lacking, and once the charges were paid, the treatment was subpar. **Resort cleanliness:** The overall management, room cleanliness, water management, and food quality were not up to the expected standards. **Summary:** Regrettably, the trip turned out to be a waste of time, uneventful, and ultimately a waste of money

Worst experience in my life.Staff don't have manners and decency. They behave very rudely once you have paid the money. Food is not at all worth the money. In the name of lunch and dinner they just serve you with rice and sambar. I would never recommend this homestay to anyone. Please avoid going here.

WORST STAY. DO NOT VISIT. 1. This is among the most deceitful scams. They will send you pictures that could be from the initial opening of the homestay, and then trick you into paying an advance. The actual homestay or resort is even worse. Despite agreeing to provide two rooms in their messages, they only gave us one. After arguing for 30 minutes, they finally provided us with the two rooms we were promised. They even tried and offered us tent stay instead of 2 rooms. 2. As soon as we arrived, our excitement for the stay evaporated because the place was incredibly unclean and nothing like the pictures. The experience completely ruined the mood of our trip. 3. The manager, whose name we do not know, spoke in Hindi assuming we did not understand the language. He tried to convince the owner that all ten of us could stay in one room, and was extremely rude, using inappropriate language when speaking with us. 4. None of the amenities promised were provided. The swimming pool was filthy, with brown water and dirt. They suggested we go to another resort of theirs, located 2km away, to swim. There was no hot water, proper fans, or functional flushes in the washrooms. 5. The activities that they promised were located 20km away from the homestay, and we were expected to arrange our own travel. We had our own vehicle, but it is unclear what people who come by bus should do. Overall, we strongly advise against booking a stay at this place. If you plan to come with friends or family to enjoy, be prepared for a ruined trip if you book here.

Totally waste of money and time. Bad food, no activities, no hot water, totally scammed. They will send fake resort pics.

8 of us went there for a weekend getaway. We booked 2 rooms. Let's look at the worst experience we had in our lives in simple steps 1. STAY: Caretaker was intelligent enough to give our room to some other visitors. When we asked him why, he simply said he is not the owner and he is a poor guy who is working here. All 8 of us slept in the same room. 2. FOOD: Another major shock is their strategy to make you wait and wait for food and then give up. They have time and again said food will be served in the next half an hour ONLY TO SERVE IT 2 HRS LATER. 3. ELECTRICITY: If you find the lights and fan working post 9am at the stay, consider yourself very lucky. These people cut the power supply to save some bucks. They leave no stone unturned to make you HATE YOUR CHOICE OF STAYING THERE. If you want to screw up your 2 valuable days in all possible ways please do visit here. But if you are smart and value your time, DO NOT GET ANYWHERE CLOSE :)

The staffs are not customer obsessed and they don't respond to our queries properly. The toilets and bathroom were stinking like hell. Cleanliness was maintained at zero level. Food was very average. Hot water problem appeared many times and generator was not working properly as there was lot of power cuts. As a part of itinerary they had mentioned cycling but cycles were are spares only 2 were in working condition, swimming pool was dirty and polluted. Overall experience is not at all worth the money
