I visited here few weeks back. The service, the hospitality, the ambience & room quality was up to the mark. I even want to thanks specially to the mam which was present at the reception. She is doing a great job. I will surely come to this place next time whenever I visit & will surely tell others to stay here if you are coming to Hampi.. You can book here with 100% trust. The hotel is centrally located and all restaurants etc are a few steps away. The rooms are fairly clean and spacious but I found the house cleaning and service staff very casual non proactive. Language is also a problem. The guy sitting at the reception isn't friendly at all and may not understand English properly. Another problem is parking since you need to park in the basement car park opposite to the hotel and you may end up more than an hour to take the car out since some other car may have parked in such a way that you can't take out your car and the driver of the other car may not be reachable. I think the service quality in the hotel must improve significantly and they should provide electric kettle and tea coffee in the room free of cost and arrange a decent car parking space. I found the hotel is bit pricey considering the facilities it offers. Also there are small cockroaches in the room . Also the Wi-Fi in my floor was working and management was least bothered about it.
Very good Hotel, you don't get this kind of Hotel in this Budget eny where else in this city. Rooms are Very Hygienic & staff is very good. I'm very happy with the service.
