Stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. The whole staff unit were so friendly and polite. We never felt like we are in a hotel, it actually felt like home away from home. Property was so beautiful. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and given a chance, we would love to come here again.
came for the Marwari horse show. the hotel was convenient to the fair and the town. very pleasant hotel. pool and grounds are very calming. rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. breakfast is tasty. excellent coffee. try the Dosa. they are huge! Also a shrine to Brahma that's worth a look just because the mass of humanity.
We visited Pratap Mahal in October 23. Our experience was truly fabulous. The check in process was extremely smooth. Our rooms were large and comfortable. The service was the icing on the cake. The restaurant serves extremely delicious food.
The location was amazing. With comfortable rooms and a dramatic garden and a big pool. We enjoyed also the food and the Indian music during the evening before dinner. The only negative thing was that during the night there was some noise outside the room.
I stayed at pratap mahal with my husband, mother and mother in law on 28th September, 2023. As I knew it was handled by TATA group, I expected luxury, comfort n peaceful stay. And I sincerely admit that it really fulfilled my expectations. We were welcomed with rose sharbat n kumkum. Our rooms were on ground floor and they were clean , elegant and spacious . The swing ( zula)in the room was pretty nice. The food served by the restaurant was really awesome. The courtyard, the lily pond, the garden and all campus was mesmerasing. The musical entertainment in the evening was amazing. In all, we felt the perfect Rajsthani vibe in our stay. I must appreciate Ms Sadhana who guided us very well and showed us the property. She was very polite and cooperative. The staff was disciplined and helpful. Our mothers felt as if they were really MAHARANIS .I will definitely prefer to come back and stay. It was indeed a memorable stay.
Very impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff. They really take care. Special mention of Sadhna, Sapna, Hitesh , Brajendra, Chef Vikram and others. The Sufi Music was awesome. The rooms are clean and food delicious. Not soucy Or greasy. Breakfast selection and taste and service 7 *.
Excellent building plan and layout providing expansive space with royal architecture and art pieces. Good food with limited choices.
Pratap Mahal - IHCL SeleQtions is a 5-star resort in Ajmer near Pushkar Bypass. It is a beautiful property with a palace-style architecture and a green oasis. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially the duty manager Jayakshi who made us comfortable and was great with our pet Sky. She arranged a guide for us to visit the nearby attractions and gave us some useful tips. The food was amazing and the room was cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, the playground, and the views of the hills. It was a relaxing and memorable stay for us and our pet. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ajmer or Pushkar.
