Dr Virendra Pratap Gangwar is one of the best doctor in bareilly he is very polite in Nature but medical store staff and sweeper behaviour is very bad These people behave very badly with the patient and his companions. It seems as if the medical staff and sweepers are the owners of the hospital. There is a lot of pride in these people. People go to Pratap Hospital only because of Dr. VP Gangwar. If the behavior of these people is If seen, no one will go to the hospital.

I want acknowledge and thank all the staff at the Pratap Hospital for being so warm and taking such good care of me during these difficult times. Would like to give a special shout out to Dr Virendra Pratap; he talks you through every situation, procedure, medication and makes sure you're comfortable. He takes time in understanding the issues and then advises the best solution. Unlike a lot of other specialists, he doesn't push you to sign up for expensive unnecessary treatments. He only suggests exactly what the patient needs. Under his guidance, I got the best treatment and the staff went that extra mile to put that smile on my face :) The entire team at the hospital was super nice and maintained the strictest hygiene practice. They were really helpful and compassionate. The energy and commitment of the nurses kept me going and put me on the road to recovery. Thank You is too small a word to express how grateful I am.
