Room and Toilet are Horrible AC not Working, Bed Linen were Pathetic, Management Under Private, All Payment to be made on Cash , If Assam Govt Cannot Run they should close Down Permanently.
Cockroach, Muchar in room. Backside gellary is very dirty. Not properly clean room.

A relatively well maintained lodge by the tourism department of the government. The rooms were smaller. But pleasantly surprised to find hot water and new bed sheets. Good place to stay if you halt in barpeta road enroute to your next destination. Food should be ordered in advance. They prepare it fresh and homely food only after your order.
Good management.After a long time ,got good service from any govt sector.Assam tourism department is doing good.Thanks to front office and Islam da for your hospitality.But the premis needs some upgradation/modification.Particularly the backside needs to be cleaned & should be used that space wisely to get some extra revenue.
On 11 th nov. 2018 visited the tourist lodge. Its a peaseful place to get relief from town rushes, also cleanness. I spent there 2 hours and had refresh with little hard drinks. Maitainance is like private resort. So, it good to stay.
Bad service.. AC is not working but demand the full payment Staff is not good Bathroom condition is average Bad smell
Very dirty. They keep renting it out to weddings. Only the food is good. Home made Assamese cuisine.
