My daughter was admitted for 4 days at Prashanth Hospital, Velachery. The doctors are very professional and the nurses are extremely helpful and polite. There is round-the-clock service available from the nurses station on the 1st floor. The room is spacious and kept very clean. The housekeeping team does a very good job. Patient food is good and supplied in a timely manner. The canteen facilities are good for the family members too. Both the admission and discharge processes are smooth.Star health and ward management also helpful during discharge Overall, they offer very Time. good service.

By his exponential way of approach, patient & family get confidence & comfort where no sense of urgency arises to go either of any other options. Treatment is good, they did take good care. But have to improve on room quality. Be it in terms of provisioning additional required amenities such as privacy screens, AC switch/controller ensuring all the electronics are working fine etc. Also pls ensure the insurance team is listening to customer query and do the needful at the earliest and making sure they are available 24/7.

Had a tough time on my health and Prashanth doctor put a pressure on with my attenders to complete surgeries as early as possible. This is a valid concern, as it can lead to rushed decisions and potentially unsafe outcomes. Recently admitted my mother for knee replacement surgery. Good services from Doctor to Nurse. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Very helpful Insurance support team. Ample basement car park A decent canteen. Special mention to Dr. Arumugam, who is outstanding in handling elders. Thank you, entire team.
