This is a horrible hospital folks kindly do not get admitted here or get your health checked up here instead go to Banu nursing home which is close by. I met with a accident and was told by traffic police officer to get a first aid done and unfortunately this was the only hospital nearby and post the first aid treatment they charged a whopping 500 Rs which is very high considering you are not stitching up a wound. The doctor and too busy checking his Facebook to even lift his back and come have a look to advise the the nurse. There just money making mindset who don't care about you.
I request everyone not to visit this hospital, Doctors are very much negligence, lazy wrost. Without asking patient history and concern. They are writing priscription without asking paitents issues. Alots of fraud in billing by billing team too.
I am not the person who usually writes bad review until and unless it's really really bad. The doctors, nurses, and admin department is worst here. I have admitted this hospital due to complete dehydration. They did run test and found out that I had a gastrointestinal infection and my creatinine level was 2.4 which is already high. But the doctors didn't even take a proper decision and they put me on IV fluids. And we took a private ward thinking it will be clean and gets a proper care. But it was even worst. Bathrooms were not clean no proper ventilation and nothing. Then we took a right decision of early discharge(4 hours after taking admission in Prashant hospital) and got admitted to different hospital. My condition was really critical. And by the time we shifted to different hospital my creatinine level gone up to 4.0 and doctors were not at all feeling my pulse and heartbeat and they said if it was late I would have ended up in taking dialysis. Doctors put me into ICU for 3 days to control my condition. I request everyone do not go to this hospital. Else you will end up putting your life in danger. If it was even a day delay I would have died by now.
In prashanth hospital doctors are very good they will take care of patience a very well,night shift doctors also take caring of patients,but in prshanth medical shop ,they are making evrrybody to fools,if we takes any tablets if they wants to give any amount return back they will tell like come after some time ,If we go after sometime and ask that change amount they will forget that amount and they will tell they don't know ,like this they are using business strategy,they will argue with us and at the last they will not give that amount also this is my worst experience in my life in that hospital so be careful in that medical shop..

Worst experience ever!! Start from the admission procedure to that of taking care of the patient! Was charged 4200+ for a semi pvt ward which don't even justify for the amount paid!! No extra bedsheets , no IV stand!! Just pathetic for the services rendered!! My opinion don't ever visit this hospital even for the smallest issue!!
