Got my father admitted at Prashanth. Very good care by Dr.Leelakrishnan. He has always given very good and practical suggestions what is required for the patient. We trust the treatment given by Dr.Leelakrishnan and have a great regard for him.
Got admitted here for urology procedure... Under Dr.Leela Krishna sir. He was very supportive all through the treatment process.. overall hospital stay was good. But regarding the food which is served to the patient which is too cold... Very dry.... Especially those idlis.....other than that everything was good.
Though Doctor Geetha is lovely and most of the reception staff too, the assistant doctors and nurses are not friendly, some are quite rude and not sensitive towards the patients who are going through so much emotionally and physically. I especially didn't like the way they talk to the patients. You only see the doctor for few seconds and you need to deal with all these other people all the time with waiting time of 5 hours every day to see the doctor. The hospital management also should give as much as information to those coming from other countries as we have been scammed by many for the money, especially by the person who showed us the house to rent. Also they should give the amount it will cost for the treatment properly, we have incurred more than three times of what we have been told. It's been the most stressful and difficult time and people take advantage of those who are not from this place very easily.
We are thankful and very happy to have our newborn here at this hospital. They expertise in fertility and maternity is very good. We were taken good care and given sound advice on handling the baby as it is our first child. I would recommend Prashanth hospital, Chetpet for their services and knowledge in this field.
My thanks to Geetha Haripriya ma'am . It's all because of her I am mom of twin boys. Hospital staffs are friendly especially lactation doctor Dr Bharathi helped me to overcome all stress caused by breast feeding.
