Prasanthi Cliff Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Varkala - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The best thing about this resort is the location, One can have a great view of the cliff and the beach. There are good cafes around this resort which is an additional advantage. The not so great thing about this resort is the quality of rooms, the rooms are little old and there is a definite scope for better maintenance. Also, the service has to be improved a lot as there was a lot of confusion regarding the booking we had.

The location is good but but staffs there is very rude. Their behavior to the coustomer is disappointing and rooms is also not up to the level. There are plenty of other choices in varkala which you can opt which provides pleasant stay with friendly staffs

An average stay, nothing to brag as a resort vibe. Neat rooms. Rooms are small. But affordable and situated right on the clifff so no neat to get cab or auto to come and go from the cliff to room.

The rooms are all good with good view. But the staff here is rude. They'll ask you to check out even before 3 hours from your check out time, saying random excuses like new guests have booked our room etc. Such cheap behaviour from the staff, and when we contacted the owner, they also have the same attitude. Money wasted.

The hotel location is best , its right on the cliff and all rooms have a sea view. Opt for AC rooms which have a balcony. The caretaker is a young man who is very pleasant. Negatives No In room service They do not accept credit cards Even after booking 3 days earlier I was not given the promised balcony room on the first day. On 2nd day day I was offered balcony room but noisy maintenance work was going on . Even on the first day ie 14 th aug which was a long weekend loan mower was being used which was very noisy. Maintenance work should not have been under taken on rush days. When we left for day escursions, the owner switched off the AC from an external switch. We left the AC on as we wanted a cool room when we came back after roaming in the sun

Absolutely loved it. Very friendly staffs and are willing to help you any time of the day. Location is good and have adequate parking space. It's it's on the cliff and you can enjoy the scenic beauty and the gentle breeze especially at this time of the year. Good rooms..

The resort is situated on a cliff, offering breathtaking views of the cliffs, sunrise, and sunset. I had a fantastic experience during my stay there and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although the resort does not provide food, it is not a concern as there are numerous restaurants in close proximity. Additionally, the location serves as a convenient base for planning a trip to Tenmala.

Excellent beach face property near to the varkala cliff helipad, highly recommended for families and couples. Can't wait for our next visit at this lovely place.
