Very sad to say about Dr. Archana has made me to fall sick for 3 more weeks just by misguided and barrage laser was wrongly done. This is so much careless which proven me. We the people are believed doctors are equal to god, but wasn't that appropriate. Due to her negligence we had to go through twice barrage laser. I'm pleased to people of mangalore personally I do not recommend her.
Very bad experience. The lady who was over Lalbaugh clinic was not willing to help. The voice tone was very rude. never expected from Hospital.
Would not recommend this place to anyone! I went there for my fathers Cataract Surgery. First thing that annoyed me was that students do a routine eye test! Who seem to be so useless that it makes me wonder what kind of doctors are being groomed. And if the main doctor is not going to perform the test, stop charging 750 rupees!! The second issue that I had was with the counselor given to me. She did not explain to me which lens were going to be used during the surgery inspite of repeatedly asking her what my options were. Her only response was insurance will cover it so don't worry. At no point did the doctor even talk to us or explain to us the whole procedure as to what would take place. Never visiting this place again.
I liked the professional and caring nature of the consultant , staff's and doctors. The cleanliness was top class. My mother was operated in both eyes and she is very happy. THANK-YOU..
