Very worst experience ever, I have bought a silver chain with pendant worth rs 1380 and the very next day the chain got broken and when I went to exchange they denied. If you don't have exchange policy than why the staffs are not sharing the details to customer before billing. Very worst experience in my life, first and last visit in prasad jewellers.
