the best orthopedic doctor in the city, who's doing very ethical practice, he'll never ask you for unnecessary reports and will never prescribed unnecessary medicine.. I'll highly recommend prasad hospital.

Dr. Makarand is the most polite, calm, helpful Orthopedic doctor that I know of. He will calmly listen to all your pain points and offer a diagnosis which is conservative and the best approach. No need of excessive and expensive X-Ray. He will recommend these only when really required. The set-up is clean, systematic too with a casualty room which houses all necessary items. I have gone to him several times for my chronic back pain, ankle issues and treatment has always been great. Several of my relatives also have gone there and always had a good treatment. I would personally recommend him if you want an excellesnt treatment, at very reasonable cost.

I am very grateful to Dr., who gives good advice. Rod was inserted in my son's left hand 4 years ago, but due to COVID it was not removed in stipulated time. Dr was given date for removal and all operation procedure was completed, same day Dr sincerely advised and wished "Please don't operate it, if you have no any problems. On Monday 30th May, my parents took my 93 year old grandmother to Dr Dhopavkar in an ambulance for a history of fall and inability to move legs and extreme pain. The doctor advised X-ray pelvis and CT pelvis which came normal. The doctor did not examine for any spinal cord injury or advise any other tests or treatment. He did not offer any injections for pain relief as we had taken her in an ambulance because of extreme pain. She is still in extreme pain, it was a futile effort to get any benefit from the entire stressful visit for her. As a fellow doctor, I am extremely dissapointed to be at the receiving end of this treatment by such a senior doctor.

Good on the 1st visit but abrupt & arrogant on 2nd visit. When a patient enters the clinic for the 1st time, they try to scare the patient with casualty room & x-ray even before seeing the doctor. For an orthopaedic, the clinic entrance from gate to reception is a dangerous uneven slope!

Nice experience... Well helpful staff... Seating arrangement is good.... And of course famous for the knee and hip...

Very good hospital. Treats patients with utmost care. Doctor keeps us calm and we don't feel anxious.
