Prasad Hospital - Hospital in Muzaffarpur, Brahmpura - Muzaffarpur, India

My 4 days experience in this hospital I was there for mom's treatment. I have visited 3-4 times previously in OPD. That experience was good. But his time the worst one. I went for an emergency and I have insurance the same informed to insurer prior visiting hospital. I have many concerns as below- 1. Even though I have to pay money for admitting and medicine when I check with them then they have asked me to go to TPA department to avail treatment under insurance. 2. Then they have charged Rs-5000 for security money to admit. I will ask insurer why this was hidden in the agreement with corporate. 3.During the treatment I have user normal non ac room for one day then remaining 3 days for AC room(deluxe) It was billed for 4 days deluxe room. I will give same feed back to insurers as well. 4. Doctors are very good and treated well I have no concerns. 5. Staffs are very bad even they don't have sense to talk. Don't know why Prasad even paying to misbehave. 6. Unused medicines at the time of discharge was not taken back. Which can save 2k to 3k. 7. There is no bills for the tests. Hide this info to manipulate data rates. I have asked but they didn't given us. 8. They received approval for 39000 something and made the final bill of 47000. 9. They didn't chek with me while doing final submission of bill. They just asked to sign here and ignored all my questions. 10. During the discharge time they have returned 900 to me only. Conclusively go for opd treatment only not for admitting or long time treatment. Specially try to avoid use of your insurance. They did 25k -30k treatment and charged 47k anonymously. This is not fare at all. There is not much benefits for people they are working on collecting data to show the government that I am working good on health Secter. They (hospital and insurance company)are just looting the public money. Note:- Batao chal kya tha hai desh me.

I strongly not recommend to go this hospital.due to many factors like untrained nursing staff,bad ambience Management of this hospital has not control on their staff.Some doctors are good in hospital but due to staff misbehaviour and worse nursing services all become null and void. My personel experience regarding their ICU treatment was very worse. Try this hospital on worse condition only for first aid basically.

It's completely money making hospital, Doctors do not have care or importance for the patients. They just willing to increase bill and harm financially by unnecessary admitting them. It's better to contact individual doctors instead of contacting to the hospitals.

It is best hospital in muzaffarpur but its treatment in very costly in hospital emergency 24 x7

Worst service no value of time of patient totally unprofessional.. even the staff feels like government hospital.... No time punctuality of doctors... I will not recommend to anyone...

Very good at all side in this hospital. There is no any difficulty to contact the staff. All is fine there's service.

Last week my mother-in-law went through a surgery. The over all experience before the surgery and after is very worst. I will never suggest anyone to come to this hospital either in emergency or for a surgery. Waste of time and money.

My 1st visit in hospital very very bad experience in hospital. Service ratings zero and x- ray department only male staff not female staff . Female patient attend for male staff this is worng. And all staff has ignore the patient problem and my appointment has book 10 am and 3 time I have told to staff then attend the patient 12 pm . all services are very poor and very important I can't next visit in hospital
