At first I would like to tell that if you are finding a really good hotel, then this is the place where u should check out. 1) The staff behaviour is so good 2) Cleanliness is top-top just really clean. 3) The food served here is just awesome. 4) One more good thing about them is that they also allow pets in their hotel.
Hotel rooms are nice but beds are not properly maintained. We found bed bugs in the bed which is not acceptable. The toilet also had a frog in there and the pillows were not clean. Also they were adamant to provide an extra bed sheet. Overall wont recommend this hotel due to the service. Need to improve the service and cleanliness if you want to retain customer.
