I recently visited [pranjal family restaurant] with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. From start to finish, I encountered a series of disappointing and frustrating incidents that left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. To begin with, the service was incredibly slow, with waitstaff seeming to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. we were left waiting for what felt like an eternity for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was subpar at best. companion's dish was undercooked and borderline inedible. When we attempted to bring this to the attention of our server, we were met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was also lackluster, with a dated decor and a general sense of neglect. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend [pranjal family restaurant] to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.
