I recently visited this shop for wedding ring and wedding set and I must say, it was an excellent experience! The service was very good , and the staff were incredibly patient and friendly throughout my entire purchase . They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me choose the perfect pieces that suited my style. Moreover, they were so patient . which was done with utmost care and professional , making me feel at ease throughout the process. Very worst .cheater shop. I m joined 10month jewel fund. 80000 Rupee already I pay in 8month .now 9 month I will go to the shop for will be pay 9th month deposit amount. That shop is closed. they went into hiding. Many people are suffer. a police investigation is underway.

Worst customer service. Very very bad. Jewellery is totally empty. Please don't pay for bond agreement. Total cheaters, frauds. Staffs are trained to keep their mouth shut to whatever we ask.

This jewellry shop is a hidden gem in the city I recently purchased a stunning necklace for my wife's birthday, and she was absolutely thrilled with it The quality of their pieces is outstanding, and they offer a variety of unique designs you won t find elsewhere. Totally fraud jewellery shop. Pranav jewellers Totally worst for Monthly chit scheme... They are sales only old stocks. They use our money brilliantly... We ordered one normal Thali chain using chit scheme and also paid balance full amount.. We waiting more than one month till they not delivered... But they using our money efficiently... Finally they sold old stock of unwanted gold jewellery. And also staffs are not response to the customer. - Madurai branch

If I had the option to give minus star I would happily give it. We brought diamond from this jewellery more than a year back and they gave 10000 worth chit which we have to reimburse after 1 year. When I went to their shop to reimburse, the shop seems to be empty and they are selling old jewellery..when asked about this they said they are opening a new branch in Trichy and all stocks went there. It will take another 15 to 30 days to refill. So again I went after 45 days but the situation remains same. Really got passed off and asked them to give gold coins for the worth of cash. The manager said he will have the gold coins next day and will call me. Till now I did not get any call. When I tried to reach him he is not picking up the call. So I called their official number and what I could hear is the same story. For how long they can run a shop without stock. I feel they are going to scam people big. After selling their old stocks they will close down. Better to be safe than sorry. Without having any stock how can you open a new brach. Worst customer service and management.

One of the worst stores I've ever encountered of this kind; the manager even speaks in an idiotic manner, blaming the customer. I also had a negative experience with a monthly investment chit scheme; after making payments for all months, they gave me a window of time in which to buy gold. However, when I wanted to give my partner a surprise gift, I completely messed up because there was not even a single collection in the store. However, when I was there, one consumer had their money returned using RTGS.....so I did same procedure to get back all funds ....will c wat ll happening
