Very poor collection. My gold chit completed more than one month. Still they said don't have any collection. Worst experience. I prefer for new customer don't put gold chit in Kumbakonam pranav jewellery.

Not much collections, jewels also not looks like new and shine. more then 30 grams jewels not available in display showcase. If you compared rate from other jewellers,here is higher then other jewellers. 500Rs - 600Rs making charge for 1 gram, its almost 11% of wastage cost of Jewell. Such a very poor response. I have put chit for one year and it was completed. And i have gone there to purchase jewel but sales women and manager was saying you have to wait for 45 days and need to order, based on that only jewel can be done. Then why are you pushing every customer to enroll policy. The moto is stealing peoples money Such a poor response. One of the Jweller showroom in TN. Without wastage only otherwise Mac]king charges per gram rate (design and model the rate is different) and Credit & debit card charges. Suppose you have RUPAY card there is no changes otherwise charges. And compare the gold price to other Jeweelery the price also high minimum Rs40. So the total amount calculated little bit difference form other jeweelery.(my opnion 300 to 400 high)
