Pranav Jewellers - Jewelry store in New Siddhapudur, Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

This is my heartfelt negative review, I visited Pranav last Saturday seeing ad stating Exchange offer!! Everything I got to see there is so much negative to me except the wonderful customer service from their sales persons, there real asset to this organisation 1. They have minimal collections in each category 2. They don't minus the stone weight in the jewellery, it will be billed as gold along with their making charges 3. All the designs are decade old, I literally searched for whole of the shop and couldn't find one satisfying jewellery 4. Exchange offer is name sake offer to grab customers to their shop. 5. For all the old jewels they take from us they check quality and reduce 3.5% of current value,even if it's 916 hall marked - this policy is the worst of everything no jeweller does this presently, I'm so much frustrated about loosing 8gms of my hard earned gold believing their false exchange offer 6. Out of 4 jewels we purchased, 2 were replaced - ring broke sharply within a day use (I have never saw a gold ring broken in my lifetime) gold stud is broken and a damaged defective product. They exchanged it, still it's !!! 7. Everything inside the shop is old fashioned, I purchased the same design decade back used and exchanged it and the exchanged jewels were taken to Pranav to see models I got in first place!! 8. I have never felt so bad for purchasing jewel from a shop even I have given 25% wastage + making charges. 9. Making charges are based on the design - chains - 100-500/gram Antique collections - 500/gram 10. When we ask why you do these things which nobody nowadays do, they say compare panni paarunga madam, kandippa kammiya dha erukum. 11. There is no positive happy vibe inside this jewel shop, which we get to receive in every jewellery showroom I'm writing this detailed review just to make people know what is all about inside Pranav. Peeps don't get grabbed by the advertisement they do!!!

Before they given awesome offers.. Definitely such a superb shop. Their Savings Schemes are Ultimate

Pranav Jewellers Scammers, they closed all the shops in Tamil Nadu. I got cheated with 80k. Did any one raised complaint against them in Economic Offence Wing ? If yes pls help me with your support.

Such bad customer service..while talking in the phone they are casually putting my call on hold and cutting the call.. I paid chitu and its been more than 3 months still there is no collection in this shop Pls pls dnt put chitu in this shop They will have your amount and drag you for so many months that their collection will be displayed soon but will not show the collection and have our amount

Very bad service. They consoled us to apply the scheme but the same service was not till the end. Please don't go to this shop and waste your money

Worst experience, worst customer service. What ever type of Jwellary I ask they say "No". Please don't waste time here. Look for a better shop.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience as a regular customer of Pranav Jewellers. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that there hasn't been any new collection added to either the Coimbatore or Madurai branch. As a customer, I would appreciate it if they could update the collection at these stores. Moreover, I faced the issue of not finding readymade stocks. This process takes around 20 days, which is inconvenient for me as I prefer to purchase jewelry instantly. Additionally, I noticed that the only jewelry available at the stores is silver coated with gold. It is disappointing to see that they don't have a wider range of options available. I was also billed for the stone weight in the jewelry along with the making charges, which is not the standard practice. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Pranav Jewellers. It would be great if they could take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes to improve the customer experience at their stores.

Worst jewellery shop and customer service in Coimbatore..i started gold chit in this shop for 11months ago.after completed my chit They treat me very worst..they did not give proper communication to their customers.i ordered gold coin 12grams(1-8grams and 1-4grams) then they asked 15days time to deliver the product after 15dys i called them but they asked extra 1week time and then after a week i went there shop they said,coin went for hallmark seal so tomorrow we will deliver with your home but next day they never called me then i went shop they said, just now coin received u can collect now.. after all of this i received gold coin but in that they give me six 2grams coins,but actually i ordered one 8gram coin and one 4 gram coin but i received six 2gram coins.i asked them but they simply said,this only available if u want same what u ordered it will take somedays, each coin they put hallmark charge for 45rupees.they fooled all their customers like this.full of money minded supervisor and very lazy staffs.i talked to two supervisor chandru and another one guy i don't know his name but he said he is manager of that shop.totally i felt Worst experience so don't choose this jewellery shop for anything u want.
