They were good but no longer its true.. 2020 and 2021 was the good time to buy gold here but after that they kind of started the scam by increasing the gold price by telling thats their shop gold price, and slowly started ceating on chits and so and so. Recently visited the shop to see how its now on trichy both branches but seems like they literally closed the shop, just having few in display and asking us to order. I never beleive and give order on any jewellery shops.
Cheaters | Fraudsters | Chit scam; don't go for chit or any money deposits. You will not find any gold at the time of maturity, they will not respond also. They almost closed chennai branch. Once they loot you, you might also face the same. Please be aware! -a customer who lost around 30 thousand in this scam
Very worst service and worst quality, before buying they giving good service and with smiling face and respect, but after buying,no respect,no response and escaling about quality of their gold quality, but my experience is very worst quality of making gold,I suggest please don't go there... They just cheating people's... Myself personally called to my all friends which I recommend to put gold chit to cancel those chits... Very worst gold seller's...

All credit goes to Mr. Maheshwaran ( Trichy branch) he was so humble, kind and nice gestures with customers. We brought kappu for 32gram and we saved approximately 16k compare to other jewellery. Well designed and worked kappu. Pictures in attach. If you want to buy gold, visit Trichy branch and approch maheshwaran. He will do the best of best. Touch is 91.86 in gold.
I was deposited 1.5L at Nagercoil. Aftr bond period upto 1month they didn't give jewels.then I collected the jewels from Trichy branch with extra traveling expenses. Aftrthat worst experience I have decided to never choose Pranvav. Thank you pranav. .!!
