My experience was really bad. I went for my wife's eye checkup. She had got numbers. Dr. checked and declared no problem. Also they put some eye drop that made almost blind for a few hours and sevier pain in the eyes. On the same day we visited Private eye clinic there we found that my wife has got numbers. they recommended spectacle. we wasted our 4 hours and Rs. 100. such an awful experience.

Its exactly opposite to chunabhatti station in the harbour railway. Its charitable hospital by the name of pramukh swami. Doing great job for needy people. Advance eye oprationncan be done here with very reasonable lesser rates. Good managment with cooperative staff. Recommended for any eye issue.

*BAD EXPERIENCE AS A VISITOR/COMPANION* No doubt this hospital might b good in terms of quality medical services at low cost being a charitable trust but if your visiting this hsp as a visitor/companion with your parents or other friends and relatives then it wont be a good experience for you as they don't allow visitors/companions inside the hospital. Ok understandable, Corona pandemic is going on...chalo not hsp building atleast allow the visitors/companions to be seated and wait at the groundflr outside seats BUT NO!!! they ask you to go straight outside the gate/premises of the hospital and wait ... And outside there is no SEATING ARRANGEMENTS...NO SHADE... so no matter how scorching heat or how heavy rainfall happening outside....you as a visitor or companion have to wait outside or 2-3 hours (incase there is blood test or operation being conducted of the patient) The hospital management have to understand... nobody walks in for operation alone...they bring there family members along with them...they should make some sort of arrangement for facility for the visitors...BASIC FACILITY of seating is expected!!! Hope this reach to the ears of the top management of the hospital and certain steps shall be taken towards the welfare of the society as a whole

It's a charitable hospital with good facilities but there is long queue for patient

Service is good.But you will have to go through a very big queue.This place is crowdy.But good for eye check up.

Good eye hospital. Fee is only 60 rupees. Counter for doctor's appointment remains open from morning 8 to 11:30am. It means you have to reach hospital by 11:30 otherwise you won't get appointment. Doctors are available till 2pm. It's located at 300 meter from Chunabhatti railway station in harbour line. KJ Somaiya hospital is at walking distance from this hospital.

Hospital staff is very caring. I had been to hospital with an elderly patient who is having hearing problem, I insisted to accompany the patient, but I was politely conveyed that nowadays due to COVID PROTOCOL, relatives are not allowed with the patient, however whenever required I'll be definitely called. However somehow I managed to go with the patient. The staff as well as Doctors were taking care of patients in VERY DIGNIFIED way. Those elderly patients who were having hearing problems they were speaking loudly BUT WE'RE NOT SHOUTING / SCREAMING. Those who were physically challenged they were even assisting them & helping them in ambulating. After seeing there absolute professional & patient caring behaviour I was very much satisfied & came down leaving my patient in their caring hands. They have been really doing great job in this difficult time. Very Much Satisfied with the services. Big thanks to Hospital management, Doctors & Staff.
