Excellent view from the top but lift was inoperative because of some technical issues. There are binoculars installed to admire the stunning views.

If you are near hanging garden then this is must visit place, you can enjoy the most beutiful view of mumbai's different places through through the two big binoculars. One is autofocus and other you have to adjust the focus manually, both are good and easy to use. Clear view of chowpatty, H.N Relliance hospital lodha tower, babulnath mandir and many more. I went there at around 8 pm very peoples were there so we enjoyed the peace also. No one disturbs you there. You can also see mr. Ambani's house antilia from here though the view is not so clear but can see there building. You can see peoples walking on girgaon chowpatty.

The most unique vantage point overlooking South Mumbai and the sea. The binoculars along with angle charts for spotting prime locations is a wonderful concept. Best time to visit: Avoid early morning visits since the ascending sun will strain your eyes and the heat will be unbearable. I presume the view in the evening will be the best, with the sun behind your back. Entry fee: Free The eco point near the entry gate is mind blowing.

There is a large binoculars on the top floor to watch the view. No entry ticket for the viewing galary. You should also try the echo point.

'Pramod Navalkar Viewing Gallery' is located in adjacent to the famous Kamala Nehru Park (Opposite Hanging gardens) at Malabar hill in Mumbai. The two storeyed gallery is situated at the highest point on Malabar hill, which offers panoramic views of the Queen's Necklace to the visitors. We can do photography at first floor deck and on the second floor four big binoculars are kept for viewing Marine drive, photography is not allowed here. You can enjoy magnificent views of Girgaon Chowpatty and Marine drive Queen's Necklace from this point. At night views are awesome. The gallery is open from 10 am to 8.30 pm every day and there is no any entry fee. There is a lift facility for the older people and differently abled people. It is a must visit place with your family or friends when you are in Mumbai.
