Not giving any types of offers. 1.But the room & services are excellent. 1 st we reached site @ night time they were on the spot they were given as the AC room & remaining all services are quick. No other services like food & room services. So in that place the good hotels are less & am giving top priority for this hotel. 2. They are not giving any types of wishes for tourists. Requesting for arranging for others. They are treating as like they giving room for free 3. The hotel management provide us a bad bed sheet & we requested for changes & on spot They changed. 4. Service enquiry & food enquiry am requesting to make possible
Decent hotel in pollachi with neat rooms
A good hotel to stay on this hotel. The room service was very bad and the restroom was dirty to use and the AC was not working and too the TV. The payment was through cash only. The reception was well maintained and the person was not responding to the questions we asked.
I have been to this place recently.. Let's c some of the pros and cons: (Review is for Non Ac rooms) PROS: 1. The lodge rooms are cheap. Non AC for just Rs.500. AC for Rs.1000 (prize may subject to change in future) 2. Hotel is renovated. So looks brand new 3. Since hotel is someway interior(not on main road), More free space outside the lodge. So parking is not a big deal. 4. Lift facility available 5. The rooms and bathrooms are clean enough 6. Hot water for bathing is always available. So no worries! 7. TV is available. CONS: 1. If you need hot water to drink, they don't provide you. Even if they provide you, not sure on quality. ( there is no kitchen inside the lodge). Best to get bislery water and keep with you. 2. Only lodging facility available. No hotel attached. You need to travel 1 to 2 km to get a good hotel. 3. Bed sheets are not provided in non Ac rooms. 4. Some rooms bed were hard. 5. The way they greet you in and arranging all the facilities for you is not up to the mark. 6. No night lamps 7. Some rooms have TV not working. In some rooms mirrors were broken. Even if we say them, to correct the TV no response.. NO phones available inside room. (we had a bulk booking of 8 rooms. Review is based on all these rooms) So Im giving a neutral rating as 3.

Recent days i visited this lodge... Looking soo good and fully neat.... Very attractive room facility..very neat and clean place....Ac rooms also available. 2Bed and bedsheets also available and full perfect water supply.. And drinking water also provide.. And Room inside Fan and 32Lcd Tv also available and fully sound system.... and support full staff's.. Room inside restroom fully clean and western style restroom it's worth of money
Reception staff who intimidate guests, dirtiest of linen is used in the rooms, rooms are not cleaned, broken chair in a room and broken mirror in the second room. They didn't even care to replace them. Broken mirror was a real safety concern especially with kids.
Newly constructed lodge with decent maintenance and facilities. Rooms are clean enough! Hot water, TV , Good Cots available!
Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. Excellent service by the team. Enjoyed our stay. Affordable and good quality, very close to bus stand and railway station.
Biggest highlight of this lodge is that business and marketing people can get good rooms at affordable price. It's there for decades and so rooms will be little old. But you never feel bad of opting this as you get a good sleep.
A decent stay. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. There is no food service available at the stay. You can either swiggy it or ask their staff to get some for you.
Nice affordable hotel in the centre of town. Rooms are good and clean. Services is good. Individual heater available in each room, it helped a lot. Car parking facility available. SUPER market is at next door and Restaurants near by 50 mts
