Treatment wise good .but they gave medicine for rs318 and collected rs 380....check the MRp medicine before paying whether it is given by doctor too....

Greetings from the management of Prakash Eye Clinic and Opticals The management and staff are taking utmost steps to meet the patients needs. Every patient would like the doctor to examine them thoroughly during their visit to the clinic which needs time. Since each patient has to be spent time on, only a certain number of tokens can be issued each day. Those who can await their turn are most appreciated. The staff are doing their best in handling the patients so kindly co-operate with them. Emergencies are never turned away when the doctor is in. We are trying to look into the grievances and rectify them.

Doctors experience on the diagnosis is good and high. But the patients management is needs a lot of improvement. Specifically the attitude of the staffs. bitter experience what I had is waited in front of the gate for 40min from morning 6am to get an appointment. After a long time a staff came and simply said "the doctor is not available today. You all can go and come on Monday" His statement has no excuse for the patients waiting in front of the gate for long time. His body language was looking something like, there is no option for the people in arcot. Doctor has to looking it before his reputation damage. Arcot has very good scope for an eye specialist at this moment...

Very worst receptionist been working from the past, the sequence of getting appointment is worst today I early called for appointment they said today's morning slot is full so visit @ 2.30pm at clinic and then I visited there at 2.10 pm the clinic is closed and some 6 to 7 patients are waiting and I too waited till the clinic open. Suddenly after opening the receptionist asked to form a queue and the queue is of 30 to 35 patients finally got the appointment slot of 39 then I ignored it. What's the use of being there before.

Very bad management and poor responsive on Token and registration system. Who gonna book on spot time early morning those who came from far. Doctor care good. 3 star only for doc.

Treatment wise good. Token system is not through telephone. For token, We need to wait on early morning outside the gate like dogs. Really rubbish...

Poor management. Not respectin customer. Today I went at 1:30 pm and asked appointment. Got reply "Come at 3:pm" . Again requested saying that I come from the distance of 5 km. Replied again " Come at 3 pm " A Hospital push the customer to walk unnecessarily. No phone booking.
