Great experience! It is a beautiful terrace flat. Every room has a separate terrace space in it. The owner is very helpful & is flexible with the timings if you convey it. Manoj- the caretaker, he will make sure that you get everything you need & is very helpful. The location is just 2kms away from the beach, so it is breezy all the time.
the property is on 8th floor with the lovely terrace where you can chill ! The care taker Manoj cooks delicious food and very helping! Full marks to him.. Its very nearby to the beach which makes it the best option to select among the ither properties.. Santosh who is the property owner is very cooperative ! It was a lovely stay ! Worth it
Good service , decent place , has amazing terrace space , they should have some extra plastic chairs can easily fit a group of 10 but the extra beds which they provide are not so good
This is amazing place to place. Owner is really lovely guy. Please visit this place. Owner is really helpful and he asked me to take his own motorbike to bring own material. Santosh Patel is really amazing owner and he offered me free liquor and good. Best place to stay moti daman
Very unprofessional people. We booked this penthouse from 23rd to 25th Jan for 2 nights through goibibo. But when we reached there for check-in, we found out they already rented out this place for someone else. Though we made full payment in advance at the time of booking itself, we were denied check-in there. Goibibo team supported us by giving us full refund of the payment, but we were stranded on road in Daman for 4 hours and had to book in a cheap quality hotel for the night as all other hotels were sold out. This ruined our whole trip. P.S.- Photos shown here are very deceptive, when we reached for check-in, we found out that penthouse is good but it is full of trash piled up. Also, it is in slum area which is totally not suitable for tourists.
When it comes to out station at Daman with family or friends, will alway prefer this Penthouse. It feel like my own home and my own place. It just near the beach and lovely place to enjoy nature's beauty. Plz visit I would recommend whoever see my feedback. Regards Dipankar Bhadra
