Doctor is good and very polite.But hospital staff is very rude towards parients,especially one lady in the pharmacy store doing more overaction.she dont have minimum common sense reacting angry with the patients.very very very bad stafffff

Doctor and Treatment is very good. But worst behaviour by staff. I never seen such a worst behaviour.

Doctor is good and polite. But hospital staff is too rude towards patients and attendees. Especially there is one lady with cloth mask, dirty gloves and green dress will do more overaction... And there is one more guy who wears cap is too rude towards patients. Medication is good at this hospital but hospitality is not good...

Even though Doctor is no 1. He is not at all respond to the staff and patients. We should not blame staff what they will do if doctor is not all maintaining time. His treatment is good but waiting at hospital it takes almost one day. Even we took appointment by morning 6o clock at night 9o clock also we didn't met doctor .. Doctor is not Top but the only thing is he is only one pulmanory doctor in Eluru that is our bad luck

"Treating patients like slaves without concern or care is their style of treatment we see here" The staff were very irresponsible and truly pathetic behaviour towards patients and their attendees. Suffering physically and mentally with illness and visiting this hospital for some help to get out of your pain is a bad decision which me and my family have gone through because of them. And I'm sure doctor too know this behaviour of their staff. Particularly female receptionist, I witnessed something really cruel towards some patient's attendee begging for an appointment which she took two days back and they didn't note with their irresponsibility. Worse maintained hospital with inhumane people all over. If possible visit another hospital in the town or in anothor town but not here.

I have visited this hospital many times. Best part is the treatment by doctor. Mr.Yugandhar is one of the best pulmonologist in town and treats patients very well. This is the only reason that drives me to this hospital. But, staff here has the worst attitude. Female receptionist doesn't have any patience to provide even basic information to patients. Male receptionist asks for Rs.500/- instead of regular 300/- fee for a quick appointment. Pharmacy in the hospital always put MRP on medicines but one good thing is, they put each medicine in separate cover and write on them the frequency of intake. If you can identify the tablets in prescription, I strongly suggest you to take medicines in a pharmacy outside to avail atleast minimum discount. I wish Mr.Yugandhar see this review and improve the experience of patients visiting his hospital.

Best doctor in Eluru.But the staff behaviour towards patients is worst.It is good to the hospital if they have well behaved staff.

Hospital staff has very rude behavior, especially reception staff near ground floor don't have manners and don't know how to treat patients
