Best doctors,best staff....very honest and dedicated...always ready to help. It's true to get appointment of Dr Vinay Agarwal is difficult because he pays too much attention to each patient and gives too much time.

My recent experience with a hospital was extremely disappointing. The issue began with the staff responsible for scheduling appointments with doctors. It seemed as though they were behaving arrogantly and thought of themselves as almighty. When we contacted them to schedule an appointment, they casually told us to wait and contact the doctor if our condition worsened. However, it has been two days, and we are still waiting to hear back from them. When we followed up with the staff, they were unresponsive and apathetic towards our concerns. It's disheartening to feel like our well-being was not a priority to them. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially during a vulnerable time. The experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the healthcare system.

Dr. Vinay don't take new cases ... He just see his old patients and staff there is very rude...
