Very slow service facility it took me around 6 hours for just changing the mobil of my scooty outside the service centre it will not take more than half n hour to do so totally frustrated I told them repeatedly that only mobile is to be changed but the didn't bother very bad experience .also they do not have the sufficient computer system to perform the computer works they took around 20mins to just print me the bill . Very high labour charges for just changing the mobil the took around 350 as a service charg . so if u are going to just check your scooty i ll suggest you not to there go in local garage it will be pocket friendly not recommended to anyone.

It is very good place to buy Hero bikes.... good stocks are available and giving good service to all customers.

Very good experience. All the staff behave very well to the costumers. And if you are going for bike service, this might be a good place .Nearly all models belong to hero are mostly available here. Other then, bike service one can get bike washing and beside that the service of air drying are also provided here, which shows a positive view to their customers.

Third class servicing ! Service boys do not perform actual servicing job excluding washing ! They only wash the bykes . Parts & Spares not change but False bill issued !! I 've bitter experience when I went there for servicing of my byke HF-Deluxe ( WB 40AA5859) on13.7.2021. No work done but Bill issued in favour me of Rs. 2322 !!! I returned home. Next day morning I was ready to go my duty at Nabakajora Colliery Byke was silent ! Not started at all . I got nervous because of my duty !! One mechanics was called from nearest Tarbangla,Raniganj to my residence( Girjapara). He changed the spark plug ,byke started & brought it to Tarbangla Mechanic's garage. It was rectified . Expenditure was Rs. 400 + more !!! In this way They hocused me . I will never keep my footstep there . All are be cautious about .
