This is my first booking with Pradee Queen. They arranged a Premiere Room in Yercaud Sterling which is a surprise to me. My family and I enjoyed the resort. Their customer service is very good and they have cleared all my requirements. However, their email responses have to be improved. Sometimes I've to call them after writing an email for my queries.
