Happy with the fast service and timely follow up. Doctor was good and experienced but suggesting operation without trying medicine doesn't sound good to me. My problem is 80% sorted as if now though I might need operation in future but still doctor should try toh cure problem with tablets first.

It was really a good experience with Dr. Pradeep jadhav. He is one of the best general surgeon in Pune with good experience. He gives right guidance, explains everything in details and provides ample amount of time to his patients. Highly recommended.

A friend in need is a friend indeed! Dr. Pradeep Jadhav : This is very true with Practo Care Surgeries. I would like to share my experience with Practo. I was suffering from Fistula since three days and on third day the pain was unbearable to hold. I was suggested to go for Laser Treatment, though it might be slightly expensive but worth it. My findings stopped at Practo and soon I got an appointment and visited accordingly. Dr. Pradeep Jadhav attended me, a very humble in nature, pleasant behaviour and counselled me so well, as I was in tremendous pain, scared but the way Dr. Jadhav attended me was a pain reliever to me by his guidance. He helped me understand the complete process and helped me in the process for surgery. Mr. Prasad Ghadge (foundly known as the care buddy man): I was with clinic now getting ready for the process (admission, etc). Everything was going fine but we reached a point were payment became an issue as I had an Insurance cover for the past 6 years but the clinic associated with Practo didn't had a connected Insurance TPA provider. The Clinic requested for full amount which I didn't had at that time. Initially when I enquired with Practo, Mr Rajiv an executive from Bangalore head office guided me with procedure. With Insurance facility available, Mr. Rajiv convinced me that he will be assisting me through the process. But here this time he was missing in action. I was about to leave as depressed and helpless, as I was leaving for my network hospital which I was not that happy realizing it will be very painful. Mr. Prasad (Care Buddy) appeared before me like an angel. Introduced himself as from Practo, to assist me. He said I will take this case from here, just give me few minutes, assured me as per plan your surgery will be done here only and today only! He then vanished, came back after some time and said no need to worry about payment, your insurance is settled, by evening you are getting operated. Mind Blowing! Who is this guy? When everything seemed lost and hopeless. Mr. Prasad was unbelievable. He didn't leave me throughout the day, till I reached OT 6:30 PM. Made sure my surgery is processing well, He informed my wife by 7:30 pm to assist another patient somewhere else. Before I was placed back to my bed from OT. He gave a call to my wife to be sure. I have not seen such dedication, focused, no deviation in his words and action; he stood by his statement and delivered what was like a dream. He processed all my documents and made sure everything is in place and so well coordination with Clinic staffs, insurance departments, officials, staffs etc everything without any noise. He was no one to me, and never pretended like a Practo Staff. Like an angel He was standing firm with me giving me hope and assurance I AM WITH YOU, Don't Worry! What an amazing employee of Practo Care Surgeries! I doubt anyone can compete like the way he has handled the situation. Once all the documentation was done, he didn't leave me, made sure for a cab for me. Till I reach home. Mr. Rajiv at the end came once again in the picture. He was supposed to arrange a cab for me but his words and action were not matching. After repeated follow ups, a cab came after 40 minutes, that to with no drop point mentioned. Driver was confused, I was confused and even Mr. Rajiv was confused as he didn't read my message clearly from (address) to destination (address). That too after few minutes on the way Mr. Rajiv cancelled the cab and informed me arranging a new cab for me. Driver apologised me and I too apologised to him for this inconvenience caused. Driver left for another pick and I came back walking in rain, no umbrella, feeling weak, tired, 6 to 7 minutes walking back to where I started. Overall! A great experience! Surgery was excellent! Doctors, Nurses and staffs and food Awesome! Choose Practo! Choose Life!
