We booked for one day visit to black thunder. Pick up & drop done at perfect time. Driver sir so silent but never stopped any fun arrangements. DJ light with Bluetooth speaker awesome vehicle.
In organizing a family trip to Ooty from Pune, I needed a vehicle for 12 people from Coimbatore railway station to Ooty. A casual search on Google Maps led me to Prabu Travels. After discussing my requirements, I booked a 14-seater bus. Although I hadn't finalized a stay in Ooty due to my busy schedule, a few days later, I reached out to Rekha mam at Prabu Travels for assistance. To my delight, she arranged a fantastic 3-bedroom villa with a scenic view. The tour package included Coimbatore sightseeing, and the convenience of being picked up from Coimbatore and dropped off there for my train back to Pune made the entire experience seamless. My sincere thanks to Rekha mam and the Prabu Travels team. Highly recommended.
Such a bad experience they are not professional & only money motivated. Suggest to avoid this travels if you need a peaceful journey. They only talk about money & plan to how to talk enough money from customers, they are not customer centric they are money centric Thanks for being arrogant, a small suggestion to be kind to your customers, we are not asking for any free services, but nominal charges are expected, similar to other travels, I know even the response from you for this review would be arrogant but it is fine. It is common that people/customer would compare & ask for reductions, but it doesn't mean customer asking for free service, even we don't need a free service or support we value your service, similar way you must value every customer & if it is good and excellent we are ready to pay more than what is charged. Finally one person jumped & said we will refund & we wont provide any service. This doesn't mean anyone is cheating but not honest & diplomatic enough in your services. Please consider customers suggestions for a long run, when you don't respect customers it is pretty difficult in a long run, I could see similar experiences from many customers as well, so I believe this is not first time. We have requested only for 2.5 days, where others can consider & when you cant then there is something we need to reconsider. Anyways thanks & all the best
We had nice trip to Munnar with Prabu travels. I like very much about their communication from booking till we finish the trip. professionally managed, they created wattsapp group and communicated all terms and condition, driver ph number payment terms etc and taking the feedback about the driver during the trip. they follow up regularly and respond to our message immediately. 5 start for their professionalism.
We booked Prabhu travels from Coimbatore to Ooty. Awesome experience with Prabhu travels. Driver Krishnan was very polite and kind. More accommodate and helped us in planning. Vehicle was comfortable and driver has good experience in hill drive.
