"Really worst".. don't waste your money. Please be aware of the insurance department, they will add extra charges and asking for extra cash amount. If they ask cash, first ask them to show the bill. They are cheating our money.please be aware.

Hi All, Kind request dont come for a treatment to prabhu hospital. Here construction work going on so it's not hygiene as well so much of mosquito issues... Dr. Gnanasundram treats people well but evening time reception staff are behave worst ... No correct response.
One of the worst hospital in Pollachi No response in administration, in case of emergency no proper treatment. Unhealthy rooms, no hygiene and no treatment for patients hospital need only cash then they will take admission. Highly not recommend this hospital

Response from People was completely worst in the administration. Due to lots of mosquitoes we informed them to fit in net but no response at all. Even the doctor at practice at Night shift was not much of responsive and respect to the patient and attendee. A name created for goodwill by respected Gopalasamy doctor was completely down to the challenges now because of people in the administration and working.
Treatment is transparent. Dr. Gopalsamy Sir and Dr. Rathinan Sir are very good in treating patients. Dr. rathinam Sir maintains a database of Patient records. So that patients need not carry any papers to hospital on revisit. Claim section Hari is excellent. He responds and very helpful in medical claims for the treatment held in hospital.
They allowing only Cash Payment. No online payment. Hospital room rent quite costly. If we go with claim the bill amount will be high.
