This hotel's staff behaviour is excellent. All staff nature is good towards customer. They are ready to provide 24 hours service to customers. This hotel is good for all. Hotel sounding is very good for all customers.

Food is good and homely. Rooms not ok... Tv not working, Geyser not working, Taps continuously leaking, Toilets smelling horrible, no exhaust fan, commode not stable, size too small and feels like a cage. NO CALLING BELL.

Better room service, one night stay there, cleanliness are good better arrangements in small town. Food average but tea and coffee better.

Worst experience. The chicken chili we had was rotten. The veg manchurian was very sweet. In short nothing that we ordered was good at all. Would never recommended this joint to any one. the man in the cash counter is so cheap behaved. ( date - 9/10/19 at night )

All staff are very rood they miss behave with us and directly say you are not allowed to come here

Don't stay in this hotel, Wastage of you money, Bathroom condition is worst, old Dabba TV in room and not in running condition ,only one TV setapbox at reception, on demand they will install in your room, no waters, worst service,epbx phone are not in running condition, this is condition of AC room, Ac temperature is controlled by reception,no remote in room

The best hotel at a small place in Jamtara. One cannot get anything better than this. It has a restaurant and the marriage functions can also be arranged. The hotel has around 28 rooms and situated near the railway station.

It is a good hotel. But prices are higher than the other hotels like Ekta Siri which is also very near to Subhash Chowk. Prabhat in has got a restaurant in its ground floor but taste of the foods are not up to the level Plus they charge quite high if you even ask for extra Dal with your veg thali they will count it as an half. Rooms were quite clean and rates are like double bed AC at 1500 and single bed non AC at 400 just because it is highlighted and is in a prime location it's rooms are always full. Much crowded that I felt restaurant is also opposite to the road but they will make you wait.
