Good things first: Gyno doctorwas good. The doctor handled the complicated case very nicely n got the delivery done smoothly without risking my wife n new baby. Thanks for saving my baby on time. Cons: After delivery the new born baby was kept in open room where The temperature was not even a normal room temperature as it was a cold morning. They should have kept The baby in a warm place, the baby was crying continuously due to cold. The hygiene in the hospital is not at all maintained. They are least worried about their person who is admitted. I went for a delivery case and it was a normal delivery, initially when I enquired they told my charges for normal delivery will come for some x amount but when they gave me my bill it was more than the expected amount without medicine. As soon as the insurance name came the charges increased. They didn't even bother to clean the mother after the delivery. I was there for 2 days, they didn't even bother to change the patients bedsheet. We opted for private room n The toilet was so badly maintained that my 4 yr old daughter didn't use it saying I can go inside that dirty toilet, even sulabh shauchalay will be cleaner then this. They simply asked for few medical consumable but not even 40% was used during the 2 days. Ex 1 small item they asked for 3 saline bottles n they used only 1. They gave some 2 folds of bandage n told it's sanitory napkin n they as charged 400 for the same. The labour room was not ready even after informing them around 30 min before reaching the hospital. The list is still big but cannt keep on writing, in short I suggest not to go to this hospital specially for any delivery as the hygiene is very bad in hospital. My experience with them was not at all good.
Charging an exorbitant fee (1300/- Rs) for a mere RT-PCR test is not at all good even when you are a private hospital and when Govt has capped the price of testing!
