I have been taking underarm laser hair removal treatment for the past one year. I took my first few sessions in Banjara Hills branch and wanted shift to Gachibowli branch for easy commute. I took a break of a few months because the Gachibowli branch's machine was not working and after that I took three sessions. Every time I had to wait over an hour even after taking an appointment. Once I waited one and half hour only for them to tell me that the doctor wasn't available. For my sessions in November they asked me to mail them through the Banjara Hills branch regarding the appointment. After mailing them and scheduling the appointment, I waited 45 minutes only for them to tell me that my appointment was not scheduled for today. Worst service ever. And on top of everything they insisted we paid full amount for 12 sessions at the beginning of the treatment itself. V care is only popular because of their marketing. There are other centres which provide better service.

For my hairfall and skin issues I visited vcare.. The doctors clearly explained about my skin condition after analysing in advanced skin analysis test... Depending on my skin condition they suggested q switch laser and other stem cell therapy for my hairfall issue.. Am in now 4th session taking #b#k#th treatmens simultaneously in which my dandruff and pigmentation both controlled.##########. Very excellent work by therapists during sessions..
