The room pictures provided are misleading with the bathroom pics being of the delux room. I had to pay extra to upgrade my room so I can get the correct room.
Staff was really good no issues there. But the pictures need to be updated for the rooms accordingly so it does not mislead the customers
Once upgraded from premium to Deluxe, the rooms were far better and worth the upgrade. The wifi is a bit weak and does not work as the signal is too low.
Bathroom was really neat and tidy. Room was neat and tidy. Amenities provided were good as well.
The rooms are spacious without any ventilation.
The service of the staff at the hotel was pathetic. If you call for an extra glass, which is plastic, they create a fuss. If you ask them to keep the bill ready, they won't inspite of enough notice.
The receptionist will be rude most times when you call.
If given a choice, please don't for the place.
We had our niece birthday function there. The room space was sufficient to hold 200- 300 people. They have parking area. Food served was not up to the mark. However services are great
A modern hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable with any needed amenities. Staff was kind and helpful round the clock. Definitely a value for money location.
I booked in suite room, but service is so so poor. They charge more than 5400Rs but no any hospitality provided. No food available. Restaurant is closed. Even morning breakfast is not included. They don't have Minimum Courtesy how to talk and all. They are like "if you want to eat order it on zomato/swiggy by your self when your parcel will come, so collect it by your self by parking "

Had very good stay in PP residency. Good parking space available. Rooms are maintained good, staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for budget stay with very good hotel stay feels. This is the one.
I believe the hotel is near the graveyard. I can hear the sound of drums all night. Never going back.
The service was worse, which hotel doesn't have a dental pack.
The AC is not working properly. The washroom flush is not working properly.
We had to take late night room.But the hospitality is great and well maintained at the odd timings also.Thanks for the team for receiving at late night.I greatly recommend this hotel for stay specially for family.
